SRAM Complaints Partially Tossed

Law360, New York (February 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has partially granted bids by makers of static random access memory chips to dismiss complaints brought by direct and indirect purchasers but has given the plaintiffs leave to replead some of their claims.
