L-3 Lands $357M Task Order For Army Reserve IT Support

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 4:06 PM EDT) -- Defense contractor L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. has scored a $357 million task order to modernize an automated information system used by the U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard, provide information technology technical support services and more, the company said Thursday.

L-3's National Security Solutions Group received the task order under the General Services Administration's Alliant contract, and the company will provide IT technical support, distance learning, software development and systems integration for the Reserve Component Automation program, it said.
