Whistleblower Wants Cephalon FCA Suit Moved To Pa.

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 4:34 PM EDT) -- A whistleblower who once served as a senior-level manager at Cephalon Inc. urged a New York federal judge on Thursday to transfer his False Claims Act suit against the biopharmaceutical company to Pennsylvania federal court, where another similar case against the company is pending.
