Calif. Minimum Wage, Overtime Bills Sent To Gov.

Law360, Los Angeles (September 13, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- The California Legislature on Thursday voted to approve a bill that would raise the state's minimum wage $2 per hour by 2016, as well as a measure guaranteeing overtime pay for certain workers, sending both bills to Gov. Jerry Brown for his signature.
