Prior Case Can't Bar New $400M Philly Hotel Suit: Investors

Law360, Philadelphia (September 13, 2013, 4:46 PM EDT) -- The court-appointed receiver for a group of investors who claim they were squeezed out of a $400 million hotel project in downtown Philadelphia told a state judge last Monday that a prior lawsuit in the dispute did not block them from bringing new claims against a former partner.
