Ex-Marketing Firm Boss Charged In Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 8:03 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors on Thursday charged the former head of health care-focused marketing company Access Communications LLC with defrauding the firm and a former client by taking over $1 million in kickbacks from a supplier.

Prosecutors leveled kickback charges against Michael J. Mitrow, Access Communications’ former CEO; his brother Matthew J. Mitrow, a former executive at the company; and Robert T. Madison, a supplier to Access.
