LG Reaches $25M Deal With Cathode Ray Indirect Purchasers

Law360, New York (September 16, 2013, 9:44 PM EDT) -- LG Electronics Inc. has reached a $25 million settlement resolving indirect purchaser claims in multidistrict litigation accusing it of participating in a global scheme to inflate the prices of devices containing cathode ray tubes, according to a motion filed Monday in California federal court.
