ACLU Blasts CIA For Withholding Drone Strike Docs

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union argued Monday that the Central Intelligence Agency's refusal to indicate what information it has on the U.S. government’s use of drones borders on “the frivolous,” particularly in light of public remarks by President Barack Obama and White House officials about the program’s existence and legality.
