New York Pizzeria Says Ex-VP Stole Secrets To Start Rival

Law360, Los Angeles (September 17, 2013, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Restaurant chain New York Pizzeria Inc. on Tuesday accused a former vice president, several individual restaurants and their owners in Texas federal court of conspiring to misappropriate trade secrets in order to start a competing pizzeria chain.
