NYC Co-Op Shouldn't Build Roof Garden, Atty Says

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 6:20 PM EDT) -- A swank Manhattan co-op building should be blocked from ever building a roof garden over a Chadbourne & Parke LLP intellectual property and pharmaceutical partner's apartment, even though it has no plans to do so, his attorney told a state appeals court panel Tuesday.
