Netherlands To Replace Fighter Fleet With Lockheed F-35s

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 7:00 PM EDT) -- The Netherlands has chosen to replace its F-16 fleet with an order of at least three dozen Lockheed Martin Corp. F-35 fighter jets with a budget to carry out the replacement estimated at roughly €4.5 billion Euros ($6 billion), the Dutch Ministry of Defense and the Bethesda, Md.-based aerospace giant said Tuesday.
