Greystone Wrangles $117M For Affordable Housing Revamp

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Multifamily mortgage lender Greystone has secured $117 million in financing to support the purchase and renovation of over 1,300 affordable housing units in Georgia, which will preserve the properties and boost local economies, the loan provider said Wednesday.
