Tribeca, Meadow Snag Iconic NYC Tower For Renovations

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 4:45 PM EDT) -- New York development company Tribeca Associates, in partnership with real estate investment firm Meadow Partners, has taken out a long-term lease on the iconic Bush Tower skyscraper near Bryant Park with plans to renovate it, Tribeca announced Tuesday.

Tribeca and Meadow Partners acquired a long-term leasehold interest in the building from lessor American Properties, Tribeca said. The companies will enlist the help of architects Fogarty Finger to upgrade and reposition the 30-story neo-Gothic tower, which was one of the first skyscrapers constructed in Midtown Manhattan, and...
