Walgreens Backs Private Health Exchange For 160K Workers

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 4:31 PM EDT) -- Walgreen Co. will, as implementation of the Affordable Care Act looms, sponsor an employee health insurance program set to move approximately 160,000 employees to a private health exchange with plans offering monthly premiums for as little as $5, the drug retail chain said Wednesday.
