Navy Commander, Contractor Charged In Bribe Scheme

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 6:33 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Navy commander, a Navy criminal investigator and a defense contractor CEO have been indicted for a bribery scheme in which the contractor allegedly provided the Navy sources with prostitutes and luxury travel in exchange for assistance with ship support contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars, prosecutors said Tuesday.
