Spitzer Escapes Marsh Exec's Defamation Suit In 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 1:26 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday threw out a suit by a former Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. executive alleging he was defamed in a Slate magazine column written by onetime New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer regarding an investigation into the firm's supposed insurance price-fixing scheme.
