DC Circ. Looks To Toss Air Force Insourcing Suit

Law360, Washington (September 18, 2013, 2:36 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Wednesday criticized a defense contractor's attempt to win back a U.S. Air Force base photography contract after the military decided to insource future work, saying the contractor brought its case in the wrong court and may not have a redressable injury.
