DHS Beats Back Archura's Suit Over IT Contract

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 5:22 PM EDT) -- The Court of Federal Claims on Tuesday rejected IT contractor  Archura LLC's appeal of a U.S. Department of Homeland Security contract awarded to rivals, finding that even if the government had erred in eliminating it from contention, Archura’s bid was doomed from the start.
