9th Circ. Revives Bob Marley Label's Suit Against UMG

Law360, Los Angeles (September 18, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday remanded Rock River Communications Inc.'s lawsuit against Universal Music Group Inc. over UMG's efforts to interfere with sales of its Bob Marley remix album, saying there are still factual disputes as to who owns the rights to Marley's recordings.
