NJ Complex Developers Nail Down $218M In Financing

Law360, New York (September 19, 2013, 2:10 PM EDT) -- The developers of Hudson Lights, a million-square-foot mixed-use complex in Fort Lee, N.J., have secured $218 million in financing from international real estate firm Savills, meaning the first phase will start going up soon, the lead developer announced Monday.

Tucker Development Corp., Ares Management, Kushner Real Estate Group and general contractor Tishman Construction Corp. have already begun preparing for the 22-month construction.
