Cigna Asks 3rd Circ. To Keep Coverage Suit In Arbitration

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 4:10 PM EDT) -- Cigna Health Corp. on Thursday told the Third Circuit that a district court had correctly sent to arbitration a suit by diagnostic testing companies that claim its decision to stop covering their services violated federal pension law, saying the ruling adhered to well-established Supreme Court precedent.
