Baltimore, Casino Developer Sued Over Contamination

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 5:18 PM EDT) -- A group of Maryland residents on Thursday sued the city of Baltimore and developers of a proposed casino, alleging that hazardous materials at the casino construction site are crossing into adjacent parkland and threatening a branch of the Patapsco River that discharges into the Chesapeake Bay.
