Sprint Retail Consultants, Managers Sue Over Unpaid Wages

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. and a subsidiary were hit with a proposed class action in California federal court Wednesday by retail consultants and store managers who allege the mobile services provider failed to pay them for all hours worked, including overtime.

Olivia Guilbaud, Marques Lilly and Michael Wong filed the nationwide Fair Labor Standards Act case on behalf of current and former retail consultants, lead retail consultants, and assistant store managers who worked the first shift at Sprint stores and were not fully compensated for their work....
