Mark Cuban Could Testify Twice At Insider Trading Trial

Law360, Dallas (September 25, 2013, 8:41 PM EDT) -- Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban may have to take the witness stand twice as he fends off U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission allegations that he sold stock in search engine company Mamma.com using inside information, a Texas federal judge said Wednesday.
