Cablevision Can't Be 'Stalked,' 'Harassed,' Says NY Judge

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A Long Island, N.Y., judge has thrown out Cablevision Systems Corp.'s harassment and stalking claims against union workers who disrupted shareholder events, finding in a ruling posted Thursday that the Bethpage, N.Y.-based company has no right of action for damages under state penal statutes.
