Texas High Court Rejects Contractor Dispute With CPS Energy

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 3:25 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday declined to take up a breach of contract dispute alleging the city of San Antonio still owed money to two industrial contractors for work they did to construct pollution control structures for the city-owned CPS Energy under an $84 million contract.
