Bergstein Loses Bid To Keep Ex-Friend From Releasing Tapes

Law360, Los Angeles (September 20, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday denied film investor David Bergstein's bid to enjoin a businessman and former friend from releasing any more recordings of phone conversations between them as part of an alleged $5 million extortion scheme, saying he had not shown any danger of imminent harm.
