Lockheed Nabs $4B Ballistic Missile Defense Contract

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense has finalized a production contract with Lockheed Martin Corp. to supply nearly $4 billion worth of additional missile defense equipment to the United States and the United Arab Emirates, Lockheed said Monday.
