Raytheon Dodges $1M FCA Suit Over Exec Bonuses

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 1:24 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Monday tossed a whistleblower lawsuit alleging that Raytheon Co. falsely billed the government more than $1 million in incentive bonuses, finding it does not provide a genuine issue of fact to support its claims.
