Rite-Aid, Wal-Mart Can't Shake Glucosamine False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday stripped warranty and injunctive relief claims from a putative class action accusing Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and others of deceiving consumers about the efficacy of glucosamine-chondroitin supplements, but left the bulk of the suit intact.
