Kasowitz Sues Over Fees Tied To Dakota Discrimination Case

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP last week sued Alphonse “Buddy” Fletcher Jr. and one of his Wall Street funds, claiming it is owed $2.3 million in legal fees incurred by the financially troubled investor in his racial discrimination case against the Dakota apartment building in Manhattan.
