Law360, Los Angeles (September 24, 2013, 7:45 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit denied Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc.'s challenge of an order remanding to state court a lawsuit over cardiovascular injuries allegedly tied to propoxyphene painkillers, saying on Tuesday the plaintiffs' case coordination request didn't meet the requirements for removal under the Class Action Fairness Act.
