Alioto Fires Back In Lender's Suit Over LCD Case Fees

Law360, San Francisco (September 24, 2013, 10:07 PM EDT) -- Prominent San Francisco attorney Joseph M. Alioto fired back Tuesday at LFG National Capital LLC's claims that he had breached a loan agreement by not repaying $28.7 million after winning a $1 billion price-fixing class action over liquid crystal displays, arguing that the original lender for which LFG had taken over wasn't authorized to make the loan.
