Jamestown Buys San Francisco's Ghirardelli Square For $54M

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 6:42 PM EDT) -- Investment and management firm Jamestown has acquired a 100,394-square-foot commercial complex in San Francisco's Ghirardelli Square from Ghirardelli Acquisition Co. LLC, Jamestown announced Tuesday, in a deal reportedly worth $54 million.

The companies declined to officially list the sale amount, but the San Francisco Chronicle and other local outlets reported the size of the deal to be $54 million. The deal will give Jamestown the opportunity to tap into a stream of tourists and residents visiting the iconic square in San Francisco's iconic Fisherman's Wharf....
