Fainsbert Mase Attys Conducted $20M Loan Fraud, Suit Says

Law360, Los Angeles (September 25, 2013, 6:18 PM EDT) -- An asset-based loan provider launched a lawsuit in California state court Monday alleging law firm Fainsbert Mase & Snyder, two of its attorneys and others conducted a $20 million scheme to secure loans through fraud from multiple financial institutions.

Gemcap Lending I LLC claims the defendants had a long-term, systematic scheme to secure loan financing through misrepresentations, of which GemCap is the latest victim.
