Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 2:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday denied a Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. unit’s bid to quash or transfer a pipeline manufacturer’s breach of contract lawsuit challenging the insurer’s choice of attorneys to defend the manufacturer against a $50 million construction and property damage claim.
