Philly Settles With Property Owners In Tax Assesment Dispute

Law360, Philadelphia (September 25, 2013, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A group of more than 1,500 property owners in a class action challenging the constitutionality of a deal made by the city and school district of Philadelphia to delay implementation of a new system for determining tax assessments filed a motion in state court Friday seeking to settle their claims.
