Kendall Law Cut From Malpractice Suit Over Rival FCA Case

Law360, Houston (September 25, 2013, 10:33 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court dropped Kendall Law Group LLP from malpractice litigation Tuesday after a group that tried to hire the firm said it was abandoning its allegation that Kendall Law used confidential information to preemptively file a False Claims Act and bribery suit for another whistleblower plaintiff.
