Toys R Us Wants Times Square Tax Suit Revived

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A Toys R Us Inc. attorney urged a New York state appeals court Wednesday to overturn a lower court's dismissal of the retailer's allegations that its landlord miscalculated the taxes and overcharged for rent at its Times Square flagship store, arguing the landlord was conflating the building with the signs upon it.
