Bazaarvoice, Rival Clashed Before $168M Deal, VP Testifies

Law360, San Francisco (September 25, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Bazaarvoice Inc. had aggressively fought rival PowerReviews Inc. over its attempts to grab market share, before it bought PowerReviews for $168 million in 2012, a Bazaarvoice executive testified at trial Wednesday in a government suit claiming the merger created an illegal monopoly.
