Former Total Transportation Execs Sentenced In Hacking Case

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A former shipping executive from Total Transportation Services will be joining his ex-colleague and co-conspirator in jail while a third former executive will face a year of probation for participating in an email and computer hacking scheme perpetrated against a competing transportation company, a Texas federal judge decided Wednesday.
