Rakoff ripped a Lupin Atlantis Holdings SA executive Thursday for overstating the potential for layoffs due to a generic version of its cholesterol drug Antara in Lupin's multidistrict patent litigation with Mylan Inc., but the judge didn't request perjury prosecution.
