Philly Fires Back Over $6B Airport Expansion Land Tiff

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 6:03 PM EDT) -- The city of Philadelphia struck back in Pennsylvania state court Tuesday against a solid waste disposal company challenging the city's efforts to cancel its lease as part of a $6.4 billion airport expansion, saying the company had vastly overblown the potential damages it was facing.
