Pa. Judge Denies GSK's Attempts To Nix Thalidomide Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (September 27, 2013, 8:56 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday refused to dismiss consolidated suits accusing pharmaceutical companies of hiding information about their distribution of the morning-sickness drug thalidomide, ruling that it is too early in the litigation to determine whether a statute of limitations blocked the claims.
