Distributor Says It Has No Place In Noodle Price-Fixing Row

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A food distribution company told a California federal judge on Friday that it was improperly named in a putative class action brought by The Plaza Co. alleging a price-fixing scheme for Korean noodles, claiming that it has no business relationship with one of the noodle producers in the suit.
