Palm Beach Delays Vote On Hiring Firm To Pursue Lenders

Law360, Miami (October 1, 2013, 5:23 PM EDT) -- Palm Beach County commissioners heeded a request from local business leaders Tuesday and postponed deciding whether to hire Harris Penn Lowry LLP to help with possible litigation for damages caused by banks' predatory lending during the Great Recession.
