Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 8:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Friday it will appeal a district court order for the agency to shell out $4.7 million to CRST Van Expedited Inc., for attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in its defense against sweeping sexual harassment claims.
The agency filed a notice of appeal, saying it would asking the Eighth Circuit to review U.S. District Judge Linda R. Reade's Aug. 1 order awarding fees and costs to CRST.
