Watchdog Unseals Critical Report On DOD Mi-17 Overhauls

Law360, Washington (September 30, 2013, 9:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General on Monday partially unsealed a report saying U.S. Army contracting staff had failed to properly oversee two contracts for the overhaul of Mi-17 helicopters, resulting in delays and millions of dollars in cost overruns.
