Judge Pares Down Arm & Hammer Deodorant False-Ad Claims

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 3:50 PM EDT) -- The manufacturer of Arm & Hammer "natural" deodorant can't escape class consumer deception claims over its use of a synthetic additive under U.S. Food and Drug Administration review, but only the deodorant's labeling can be assailed, a New Jersey federal judge said Friday.
