Judge Guts Ex-Agent's Suit Over NFL Player's Switch

Law360, Los Angeles (October 2, 2013, 5:35 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina federal judge on Monday partly dismissed the remaining claims in a suit brought by a former agent for St. Louis Ram Robert Quinn against the football player and other parties over Quinn's allegedly switching agents just before signing a $14.7 million contract with the Rams.
